Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC trades industry
• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC Maintenance Department
• HVAC Certification or diploma required from trade school or equivalent
• EPA certification is required
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Be able to work with a computer, iPad and phone
• A valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to attend required trainings
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks
• Capable of keeping an organized clean and stocked truck
