HVAC Maintenance Technician
About The Position
All Year Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to pass a background check. The candidate should also have acquired skills equivalent to those obtained through the completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program. EPA Universal Certification is preferred. All Year Cooling is a family-owned and operated enterprise that has been providing comprehensive air conditioning and indoor quality services since 1973. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Skills equivalent to those obtained through the completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program
- Proficiency in climbing, operating, and working from ladders
- Comfort in working in attics and other confined spaces
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ownership of and proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and gauges
- Capacity for physical labor such as lifting and hauling
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a positive attitude
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
- Work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Climb, operate, and work from ladders
- Work in attics and other confined spaces
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and gauges
- Perform physical labor such as lifting and hauling
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
