Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and articulate need-based solutions
• Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to comply with all safety regulations, including the use of a back brace, safety goggles, and gloves when appropriate
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time as well as crawl into crawl spaces and climb into attics

Responsibilities

• Gain foundational HVAC knowledge through classroom training, including principles of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
• Participate in hands-on training by riding along with experienced mentors to apply learned skills in real-world situations.
• Learn foundational sales skills to ensure customers capitalize on all available service options.
