We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to work with Fluke's Facilities team at our corporate HQ facility in Everett WA. The HVAC Tech will maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience
  • Universal Refrigeration, current driver’s license required.
  • Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (JCI, Siemens, Alerton, Honeywell, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of commercial compressed air systems.
  • Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
  • Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures; and see and hear well (either naturally or with correction);
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Stoop, lay, bend or squat for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and Maintenance of facilities HVAC systems including VAV Boxes, Humidifiers, exhaust fans, scrubbers, portable Chillers and rooftop package unites. Moves machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
  • Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.
  • Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.
  • Knowledge of Facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.
  • Able to perform general building maintenance tasks.
