About The Position

At Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we don't do dead-end jobs. We build real careers. Since 1939, we've been training hardworking people to become skilled HVAC pros with steady pay, next level benefits, and guaranteed jobs for those that successfully pass the training period. This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior. Next class starts January 15, 2026. Seats are limited. Interviews are happening NOW. Work side-by-side with Goettl's top HVAC pros during weekly ride-alongs Use hands on labs developed by HVAC educators, to learn the RIGHT WAY, not the EASY WAY Learn real skills: service, repair, installation Hit milestones and watch your pay go up Put in 40-60 hours a week (earn while you learn) Graduate into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role Stop wasting time at dead-end jobs. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time. For those that have completed HVAC training elsewhere, you will be considered but this would be starting from the beginning. Requirements
