Requirements

• HVAC Contractor License.
• Experience in leading HVAC installations and ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Ability to conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability.
• Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior technicians to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with team members in improving service processes and driving innovation.
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear updates and expert advice to clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations and availability of tools and materials.
