Requirements

Proven HVAC installation and service experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and service (including mini-splits and boilers)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong leadership and crew management abilities
Proficiency with ServiceTitan , Google Workspace , and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make informed decisions quickly and confidently
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms
Frequently required to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Must have clear vision and ability to focus on detailed work
Fast-paced, dynamic work setting
Moderate noise level with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions
Requires professionalism and effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
Must maintain composure and focus under pressure

Nice To Haves

Experience performing load calculations
Understanding of job costing and company financials

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters
Lead and oversee a crew of 2–3 installers on residential job sites
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a five-star experience
Maintain consistent communication with the Installation Manager
Train, coach, and mentor installation team members
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
