The Big Task As an HVAC Lead Installer , you’ll lead installation projects, ensuring heating and cooling systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while mentoring and guiding team members.

Requirements

  • Extensive HVAC installation experience, including troubleshooting complex systems, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team on-site are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HVAC installation projects, managing all aspects of residential system installations
  • Supervise and support assistants, ensuring proper techniques, safety, and quality standards are followed
  • Troubleshoot complex installation issues and provide solutions to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the installation process, system operation, and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to ensure installations are completed on time and within specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and any relevant site notes
  • Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project workflow and customer satisfaction
