As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our expert team and help deliver the top-quality installations our customers have counted on for generations. The Residential HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing installations of heating and cooling systems in homes. You’ll lead a team in the field, ensure every job meets code and company standards, and provide homeowners with exceptional service from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Certification (required); NATE Certification (preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and best installation practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.

Nice To Haves

  • NATE Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
  • Supervise and mentor an installation crew to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, providing education on new systems and answering any questions.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and timelines to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and Danley 911’s quality guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
