About The Position

We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Applicants must have minimum of 2-3 years of Install Lead experience. Must be well groomed, drug free, have a good driving record and be dependable. Wages depend on experience. Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is required to have knowledge of installing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters and boilers. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude. This position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.

Requirements

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
