Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred)
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- HVAC vocational training preferred
Responsibilities
- Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards
- Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation
- Test systems post-installation, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidance
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs
