A Lead Installer at Rol Air is responsible for installing new heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam
- 2+ years’ experience in installing residential HVAC systems
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
Responsibilities
- Lead entire onsite team through the installation to ensure job is completed efficiently
- Complete HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
- Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
- Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers
- Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalate to install manager when appropriate
