Requirements
- 2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installation
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
