About The Position
Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician Opportunity! 40-hour Work Week and Paid Overtime Available. Minimum 3yrs experience. Join our team at All Air Heating, Cooling, and Healthy Air! We are seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians who are ready for this rewarding role. - Minimum 3yrs experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the install team to complete jobs efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist.
- Work along side the office team to ensure accurate communication.
- Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
