Requirements

  • Prior experience or formal training in construction or property maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Service technician experience with HVAC systems is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and general mechanical repair strengthens performance in this role.
  • Mechanical knowledge—including boiler operation, appliance repair, welding skills, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters—is preferred.
  • Valid driver license required; experience operating vehicles for work‑related tasks is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to support maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
