About The Position

Summary: Support in the Leadership and Management of the Commercial HVAC organization to be recognized as the preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider within our targeted markets and customer base while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture and building strong relationships with all stakeholders to safely achieve the lowest risk and most profitable results. Essential Functions including the following, but not limited to the below. Lead by Example: Responsible for the proper operations, repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning and heating systems Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and installation techniques Knowledge of electrical systems Use various hand tools and testing equipment to perform tasks. Extensive knowledge on working on boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. Build Lifelong Partnerships: Require regular attendance and ability to get along with co-workers. Work with Scheduler to ensure workload is accomplished in a timely manner. A service call is an opportunity to have direct interaction with our customers. This is an opportunity for additional work and potentially a maintenance customer. Act with Integrity: Be thorough in the evaluation of equipment, honest in communicating options to the customer and respectful of customers decision. Follow company procedures and safety regulations in the completion of job assignments. Put People First: Be on time and respectful of the environment you are working in. Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent. 2 years' experience in maintaining equipment.
• Universal EPA certification and a valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• KY Journeymen's License required
• Able to communicate with co-workers, other members of supervision as to work in progress, work completed, and/or work to be performed in the future.
• Able to fill out (complete) appropriate paperwork, forms, etc. to document work in progress and/or completion.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of PCs, tablets and smart phones.
• Able to make minor decisions as to set-ups and sequences to follow.
• Self-starter willing to travel regionally to MI, IL, OH, K, IN and WV
• Familiar with piping, chillers, med gas, controls, etc.
