An HVACR Instructor will be responsible for the effective training of the HVACR Technician curriculum in the classroom and laboratory setting. Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions. Qualifications Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 3 years of practical work experience in the refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, who are committed for year-round programs.
