About The Position

Live Free Heating Cooling Electric was started in October of 2014 by Tyler & Peter Marston. Our mission is to provide a higher level of education of how systems function and work to the end user, combined with responsive service and excellent customer support. We're currently seeking Lead Installers to join our tight-knit team. As an Installer on our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, tackle exciting projects, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must possess NH Gas license and EPA.
• Must have own hand and power tools.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Install mini splits, oil and gas boilers, oil and gas furnaces, conventional air conditioners and water heaters.
• Design, fabricate and install various fittings as required.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly complete all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentor an apprentice to become a contributor to the Live Free team.
