As a trusted contractor in the industry, we’re seeking a skilled HVAC & Piping Installer who is experienced in both trades and ready to contribute to mission-critical projects.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or mechanical piping installation.
Ability to handle both HVAC and piping scopes independently or as part of a team.
Experience working on federal or government projects preferred.
Familiarity with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pass government background checks and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain HVAC systems including ductwork, controls, and refrigeration components.
Layout, fabricate, and install various types of piping systems (chilled water, steam, condensate, gas, etc.).
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Perform jobsite measurements and ensure installations meet code and contract requirements.
Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely and quality execution.
Maintain a safe and clean jobsite and follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
Ensure all government and client regulations and standards are adhered to.
