Requirements

Valid Arkansas driver's license with clean driving record required.
Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
Safely climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds as needed for tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Average hearing and vision in both ears and eyes.
Able to work in extreme temperatures and all weather conditions.
Passionate about supporting a small business and contributing to team success.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HVAC equipment and installation procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain complete heating and cooling systems in compliance with safety standards.
Assist with locating and installing mechanical equipment, exhaust fans, vents, and sheet metal items.
Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects in HVAC systems.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Assist in trouble shooting and resolving installation issues onsite.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
Follow all safety protocols and workplace standards.
Communicate effectively via smartphone for work-related calls, texts, and apps.
Perform lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
Climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
