Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Residential HVAC Installation experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Heating/Boiling/AC experience required.
  • Exceptional customer communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
  • An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
  • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Capable of independently performing the entire installation process to collaborate with team members to ensure the job is done efficiently with no callbacks.
  • Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
  • Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
  • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles.
