Requirements

  • At least one year HVAC experience is required.
  • Team player, willing to learn and work well with others.
  • Clean background check.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold environments)

Responsibilities

  • Available to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
  • Assist with the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
  • Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools for daily jobs.
  • Prepare job sites by setting up tools, drop cloths, ladders, and necessary safety equipment.
  • Run ductwork, help with sheet metal fabrication, and complete basic electrical and plumbing connections under supervision.
  • Remove old HVAC equipment and ensure proper disposal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, trucks, and install materials.
  • Support testing and start-up of systems to verify proper operation.
  • Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and installation standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with light communication as needed.
  • Careful observation to establish the root cause of problems in mechanism systems.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
