Skilled and Ready HVAC Installers Wanted! We're Energy Pro Heating & Cooling – a leader in the heating and air conditioning industry. We're calling on the most dependable, hands-on professionals in Portsmouth, VA to step into a role with stability, great pay, and a clear path forward. Pay: $22 – $30/hour + bonuses based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with occasional extended hours to complete jobs). Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, tolerate temperatures above 120 degrees, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours when needed
Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Honest and dependable
Mechanically inclined
Self-motivated team player
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Installing HVAC equipment per manufacturer's specs
Wiring heating and air conditioning systems, including line and low voltage
Soldering and brazing copper refrigerant lines
Installing sheet metal and duct systems in residential and light commercial settings
Connecting gas lines safely and accurately
Pre-measuring jobs and verifying materials
Maintaining top-tier customer relations and company standards
Completing accurate job paperwork
