Responsibilities
- Install and service commercial and residential HVAC systems according to company standards and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and ductwork.
- Conduct system diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure all installations and repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations and service calls.
- Keep the company truck, tools, and equipment in good working order.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC installation and construction.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification is a plus.
