Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently install heating and air equipment in customers' homes.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Keep the company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training for professional growth.
• Obtain necessary certifications with company assistance.
