Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC installer, with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize installation projects.
• Ensure that installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
