Requirements

Experience with residential and light commercial installations 3 to 5 years or more of HVAC install experience
Current driver’s license and good driving record
Pass drug test and background check
Have own tools

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification
Experience in, and ability to run service and maintenance calls
NATE Certified

Responsibilities

Install, and change-out of residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.
Perform an installation to the requirements of local code with the expectation that each job passes final mechanical on the first time.
Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field.
Must be honest, dependable with high integrity and represent a professional company image.
Categorize and organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
