This role pays $22–$30/hour, plus bonuses, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional extended hours to finish jobs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
  • Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and gas/refrigerant lines per specifications
  • Wire low and high voltage systems; solder and braze refrigerant lines
  • Pre-measure jobs, load materials, and verify all equipment before installation
  • Ensure quality workmanship while following company policies and safety standards
  • Maintain professional conduct, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and team
