HVAC Installation Technician

This role pays $22–$30/hour, plus bonuses, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional extended hours to finish jobs. Our technicians start their day at our central location before heading out to job sites! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
- Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and gas/refrigerant lines per specifications
- Wire low and high voltage systems; solder and braze refrigerant lines
- Pre-measure jobs, load materials, and verify all equipment before installation
- Ensure quality workmanship while following company policies and safety standards
- Maintain professional conduct, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and team
