Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge (training provided)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, and dusty or confined spaces
- A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record
