Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
  • Basic hand and power tool knowledge (training provided)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, and dusty or confined spaces
  • A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record

  • HVAC experience or trade school training
