About The Position
The HVAC Installation & Repair Supervisor at Indian Creek Correctional Center is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems in accordance with building codes and standards. This position conducts routine inspections, maintains inventory through planning and purchasing, and responds to work requests in a timely manner using a Total Maintenance System (TMS). The supervisor will oversee inmate workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the facility's HVAC systems. Additionally, the role may require responding to emergency callbacks for service on a rotating basis and assisting in other areas of the Building and Grounds department, which may include preventative maintenance, construction projects, equipment repair, electrical work, welding, carpentry, electronics, or outside maintenance.
