Requirements
- Prior HVAC install experience REQUIRED
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion
- Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs)
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment
- Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse
