About The Position

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, servicing Rock Hill, Charlotte, Statesville and everywhere in-between. The HVAC profession is recession proof and provides a high ceiling to start a successful career path. We are seeking energetic, dependable helpers who are interested in continuing their growth in this trade by assisting Lead Installation Mechanics with adding onto or replacing old worn-out HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
• EPA Certification (assistance may be provided if not currently held).
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for advancement).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installation Mechanics with HVAC system installations.
• Report daily to the warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load parts onto the truck.
• Participate in paid orientation and training.
• Maintain a professional appearance with provided uniforms.
• Engage in comprehensive training opportunities including technical, sales, safety, and leadership training.
