Requirements

• 1–3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (residential preferred).
• A strong work ethic and genuine curiosity to master your craft.
• Solid tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A positive, team-driven attitude and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC installations.
• Load/unload equipment, prep materials, and manage tools.
• Support clean, code-compliant, high-quality work.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Maintain job site organization and safety.
• Participate in manufacturer and AllTech Academy training.
