Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary certifications or licenses

Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for installations
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Support the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
