About The Position

You love getting your hands dirty. Maybe you’ve replaced the alternator in your car, or maybe you’re the go-to friend when someone’s A/C is making a funny noise. There’s no way around it—you’re a hands-on kind of person. And you love helping people! You sound like a perfect fit for our HVAC Installation Apprentice position! You don’t even need HVAC experience. This is a position for people who wanna learn on the job! Your Role as an HVAC Installation Apprentice: You’ll remove and install new HVAC systems, including ductwork. You’ll work closely with the installation department to provide timely and accurate installation of HVAC equipment. You’ll observe, ask questions, and actively seek feedback to learn HVAC installation. Requirements

Prior hands-on mechanical experience and knowledge
Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Acceptable criminal background record
Strong customer service skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately
Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
Commitment to company values
Basic computer skills
Reliable attendance
Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
Ability to work some weekends and holidays on a rotation

Nice To Haves

Prior Residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge
Service Titan Experience
