Requirements

• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow.
• You’re coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades.
• You’re a people person with technical curiosity: You enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, but you’re also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
• You’re ready to work: Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift heavy equipment
• Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
• Willing to do physical, hands-on work every day
• You take pride in professionalism: You show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused.
• You understand that safety isn’t optional—it’s part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
• Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently
• Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time
• Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority
• Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assist with documentation like work orders and job details
