As a key member of our install team, you’ll take ownership of your work and make sure every system is set up the right way, the first time. Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installs (preferred)
• EPA Type IV Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A clean driving record—you’ll be using our company vehicle
• Ability to pass both a background check and drug test
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in tight or elevated spaces
• Comfortable working in residential and small commercial environments
• Attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized workspace
• Can follow directions and work independently without needing constant oversight

Nice To Haves
