What You’ll Do Execute high-quality HVAC installations that meet and exceed industry standards, ensuring long-term performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline workflows and support smooth daily operations. Safely and responsibly operate and maintain company vehicles. Deliver outstanding customer experiences by reviewing work orders, planning efficient routes, addressing customer needs, performing precise installations, and solving complex technical challenges. Request necessary parts and equipment ahead of each job and ensure your vehicle is fully and accurately stocked. Document work performed in alignment with company procedures. Support a culture of learning by mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge across the crew. Maintain personal tools and equipment in proper working condition. Stay up to date on HVAC codes, best practices, and safety standards. Present a professional appearance and demeanor in all work environments. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience with demonstrated technical expertise.
- Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical proficiency in modern HVAC systems and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in safely operating and maintaining HVAC tools and equipment.
- Clear background check, drug screening, and MVR.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
