About The Position
Cox-Powell Corporation is seeking experienced and career-minded Master Level HVAC Install Technicians with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our Team. Our Commercial customer base is ever-expanding, and we are looking for Master Level Licensed Project Install Technicians. As a Master Level HVAC Install Technician, you will utilize your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large-sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing causes of breakdowns, testing parts with appropriate instruments, disassembling and assembling parts, and making necessary repairs to equipment and associated components. Primary areas of expertise will include rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, and electrical control systems. The normal work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a half-hour for lunch. However, you must be available to work flexible start and stop times and more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week during and after normal business hours, including holidays and weekends if needed.
