What you will do: Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures. Provide excellent customer service Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it Document work performed in accordance with company procedure Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements

Basic HVAC knowledge
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service
Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
