Requirements

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
Ability to handle physical work in all seasons

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
Lead installations from start to finish, ensuring systems are set up to manufacturer and code standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during installs or system startups
Communicate clearly with customers on system operation and answer questions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety protocols, codes, and industry standards
