Residential | High Volume | Growth Company We are hiring a Residential HVAC Install Operations Manager to run a high-volume install department with up to 20 install crews. This is a senior operations role. You will run installs through systems, scheduling, materials control, and margin discipline — with full authority over quality control and job close-out. If you’ve never owned install ops at scale, this role is not for you. This position runs one of the most critical departments in the company. You will have real authority, real responsibility, and real impact on performance and profitability. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-volume residential HVAC installs
  • Experience leading 10–20 install crews through systems
  • Strong understanding of: Residential HVAC installs, Airflow and system performance, NCI duct design principles
  • Strong Service Titan operational experience
  • Comfortable running operations in Slack-based environments
  • Decisive, organized, and accountable leadership style

Responsibilities

  • Daily install operations for 20 residential install crews
  • Scheduling, job flow, and crew readiness across all installs
  • Material ordering, staging, and purchase order control
  • Labor budgets, install pacing, and daily revenue targets
  • Install quality, documentation, and clean job close-out
  • Customer experience from install day through final satisfaction
  • Margin protection and cost control across the department
  • Maintain 60% gross margin across installs (non-negotiable)
  • Keep equipment/material costs at or below 20%
  • Ensure every job is completed, collected, and closed properly
  • Minimize callbacks, rework, and customer escalations
  • Deliver consistent, professional install execution at scale
  • All operations are run through Slack and Service Titan. You will manage installs in real time and step in when problems need solving.
