HVAC Install Manager
About The Position
Christian Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, people‑first leader to oversee our HVAC installation department. If you’re passionate about leading teams, creating smooth processes, and delivering a top‑notch customer experience, we want to talk to you! The HVAC Install Manager plays a key role in bridging the gap between our sales team and installation crews. Your goal is to ensure every install runs efficiently—from job assignment, to crew coordination, to customer satisfaction. No field experience is required, but it’s a bonus. What matters most is strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to keep operations moving smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven leadership or management experience (construction/Home Services industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Clear and confident communicator
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Problem-solver with a calm, solution-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- HVAC field knowledge is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train HVAC install crews
- Assign daily/weekly jobs to technicians based on skills and scheduling needs
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation
- Maintain high-quality installation standards and customer service
- Review job details, verify equipment readiness, and ensure proper documentation
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Troubleshoot installation or workflow issues as they arise
- Create a positive, motivated team culture
