We're seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and grow our residential installation department. This role is ideal for a hands-on HVAC leader who thrives on training technicians, tracking performance, and driving results through KPIs . You'll be responsible for developing install teams, ensuring quality installations, and improving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven management experience (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and field service / HVAC software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check

- Strong mechanical HVAC knowledge with residential install experience
- Demonstrated success with hands-on training and technician development
- Experience tracking, analyzing, and acting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Leadership style that motivates, coaches, and holds teams accountable

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop residential HVAC install technicians
- Provide hands-on coaching and field training to improve technical skill and performance
- Manage install schedules and partner with dispatch and operations for job readiness
- Track and manage KPIs such as productivity, callbacks, quality control, labor efficiency, and install cycle times
- Ensure installs meet all mechanical, safety, and code requirements
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing skills development
- Drive accountability, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from install start to finish
