About The Position
McCarthy Services, part of American Residential Services, is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. As an AOR/HVAC Installation Mechanic, you would disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start-up and troubleshoot (if needed) new replacement HVAC systems in residential settings. Installers can expect year-round full-time work, competitive pay options based on skill and availability, and a range of benefits including a sign-on bonus of up to $5000 based on experience and interview.
