Requirements
- Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Physical dexterity
Responsibilities
- Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
- Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
- Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
