Synergy Companies is looking for a new HVAC installer lead to join our Fresno team. Synergy Companies, a leader in the HVAC energy management industry, had immediate openings for HVAC installers with experience in residential split packages in heat pumps and ductless mini split systems. With this position you will have steady year-round employment. We offer competitive pay based on everyone's demonstrated trade skills and applicable experience. Requirements

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• High school graduate (Required)
• EPA certification (Required)
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• understanding of rules, regulations. and codes

• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Report on the status of each scheduled appointment
• Testing and sealing of ducting system
• Be responsible for company equipment and vehicles
