About The Position

We provide maintenance, service, installation, duct renovation, duct cleaning, and Aeroseal for our customers' heating and cooling systems. We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Install Leads to our growing team! Compensation and Benefits: Most competitive pay in the industry: $27-35/hr DOE + Monthly bonus Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off. Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday! 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Requirements

Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.
Ability to pass background check.
Clean driving record.
Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.
Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.
Able to preform full system startups on all systems.
Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.
