About The Position

What You Will Do: Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs. What You Will Bring: 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required Journeyman’s License is a plus Certification from a technical school is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills to manage installation teams Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff Maintain high safety and quality standards Meet pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations. Requirements

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
