Requirements
- Strong interest in the skilled trades and a desire to build a long term career
- Mechanically inclined with good problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, good communication and a willingness to learn
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
- May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians and installers in repairing, maintaining and installing heating and cooling systems
- Attend job training session and complete any practice work
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot and install mechanical issues
- Maintain tools, material and equipment. Deliver equipment to and from job sites
